Assistant Retail Managers
Up to £25K + Bonus
As an Assistant Retail Manager you will play a key role in the running, development and profitable growth of one of our Local Pubs. Energetic and with a passion for customer service you’ll have fantastic people skills and previous experience of leading a team within the licensed trade.
If you can say YES to having all of the following:
- A successful track record in the hospitality or pub industry at Supervisory level.
- To have worked in a site with turnover exceeding £5,000 (net) per week, to include a minimum food take of £2,000 (net).
- Contributed to sales growth
- Exceptional operating standards, including customer service, health and hygiene, product quality.
- Sound financial acumen including the ability to interpret a Profit & Loss account
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve outstanding results
- A passion to exceed customer needs
- The interpersonal skills to win over team members and customers
- The commercial nous and imagination to create your customers' perfect pub
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- A focus on key business development opportunities
- A desire to work for one of the leading Pub Retailers in the Country
