If you’re already managing a pub, we’ve structured a 3-week course that will build on your current expertise, with one week spent ‘in-house training’, one week at Head Office developing your knowledge of the Local Retail Partnership, with a further week spent in Compliance training. If you’re coming to us without any direct pub management experience, our 8-week Designate programme will build further on those three weeks outlined above – with anywhere between an additional 4-8 weeks’ in-house training, depending on your needs. Your training programme will be individually tailored with your Training Manager and throughout the whole process you’ll be able to rely on further support from your Retail Area Manager. Whatever your current experience, you’ll graduate from your training programme totally equipped to make the most of this opportunity!
