To join our Partnership, you’ll need:

  • A successful track record in retail, catering, hospitality or pub management
  • Business flair demonstrated through successful sales initiatives and business planning
  • Sound (and proven) financial acumen
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate your team to achieve outstanding results
  • A passion to exceed customer needs

  • To have managed a team of at least five people
